Meet Melinda Rusconi

I’m Melinda, a lifelong East Bay resident who grew up in Livermore and has lived in Oakland for nearly 13 years. After 15 years working as a Project and Program Manager in creative, marketing and tech spaces, I’m excited to step into real estate, a long-time passion fueled by my love for interior design and old homes.

Based in West Oakland, I live with my husband Greg, our two mini dachshunds, Waffles and Dexter, and our three cats, Matcha, Luna, and Conan. In my free time, I’m a huge music fan who loves attending concerts and comedy shows, traveling, and reading. I’m eager to learn, grow, and build this next chapter.
